Thirty Section 4 players were named to the sixteen squads in the
five classes. Congratulations to all. Added congrats go out to
Section 4's TWO Players Of The Year, Maine-Endwell
quarterback Shane Connolly in Class A and Chenango Forks

East
wins Ernie Davis/Senior All-Star Classic 15-0!
 The annual game pitting the East vs West senior all-stars was
played the evening before Thanksgiving at Union-Endicott's Ty Cobb Stadium with
the West owning a 3 game winning streak. However, the East squad
was victorious this time around by a score of 15-0 to take an 11-4
lead after 15 seasons of play.
The game, having always been played either on Thanksgiving day or
the evening before, is named after the late Ernie Davis of Elmira.
Ernie was a 1958 Elmira Free Academy graduate who went on to star
at Syracuse University winning the Heisman Trophy in 1961. You can
