Binghamton may have their best team in years and perhaps talented enough to make it to the Dome, but the AA competition is tough and they will fall short. Union-Endicott could very well be Dome-bound themselves in Class A.	They lost a lot, but with their experience and the strengths in what they do have back, Maine-Endwell has what it takes to make it to the Dome to shoot for a three-peat.	Chenango Forks too has the tools to be Dome-bound. It will take a very tough team to knock them out of the playoffs.

Tioga has a lot back from last season. however they did graduate their top RB. Is enough back to avenge that 1pt state-semifinal loss and make it to the Class D final? I think so. They are my most confident pick to play for a State Title.

OVERALL ~ All told I feel Section 4 has a team in A, B, C and D who each has what it takes to be a state finalist and a legitimate shot as doing so. All four won't make it of course, it's a VERY rare feat for any section to put four in the Dome and the most Section 4 ever put in the Dome was two teams. However, if they remain healthy, I look for at least two of the four to make it to the state championship game. I like their chances in this order: Tioga, Chenango Forks, Maine-Endwell, Union-Endicott. As a Section 4 fan I would LOVE to see Bingo or U-E finally make it...especially U-E after 9 trips to states.
